No information on the transfer and subtitles but there's a really nice version on Youtube hopefully Mustang (through Eagle Pictures I think) have something worthy. It's listed in a few places as Edizione restaurata.

I can confirm that this indeed includes English subtitles for the main feature (not for the extras, though). Very nice restoration (but a bit degrained, methinks) Encoding is great, though. Just posted a few caps here.
