not that what they did wasnt horribly wrong. But isnt he only a paraplegic? he can move his arms and hands

I was talking to my wife about the same thing. We looked it up and apparently quadroplegia doesn't mean total paralysis of all limbs. If his arms are impaired (which they seem to be) he is still classified as quadroplegic. But that was the first thing I said was that he's paraplegic, not quadroplegic.
