This is currently available as a digital purchase via Vudu/Fandango At Home

but is due for release by Turbine in Germany on 28 May 2025. The disc is region free and includes English audio and reversible sleeve.

Thanks for this. I was really, really disappointed with Rise of Gru. Besides the baby, most of this trailer felt similar. But the silly wheelchair and everything after that looks like fun. So here's hoping that DM4 3D is as good as the Minions and first 2 DM movies for both story and 3D.

Universal stopped releasing 3D Blu-rays a long time ago, maybe Turbine can get this but they haven't even scheduled in the titles that they have announced so if you want to see this in 3D anytime soon buy a cinema ticket, as the odds of a 3D Blu-ray are very low.

To be honest I'd rather not see it just once in 3D, I'm not a fan of the cinema although I did go to see avatar 2. I'll pray that turbine can do something.

Noticed that we're back to widescreen aspect ratio.

I'm really hoping that it gets a Blu-Ray 3D pack edition.

This looks good. I loved 1 and 2, and I loved Minions. My kid loves them as well. I hope they make another Cars movie as well.

Oh boy, the 3D is very good. As with everything else about the third movie, the stereo was generally dialled back and lacked depth, particularly in the vertical direction due to the scope AR compressing the available space. In contrast, the fourth movie drops that excessive restraint in many ways including the 3D presentation. Despicable Me 4 features rather strong 3D, not quite as good as Migration, but with the added benefit of 1.85! There are countless moments of characters sticking hands and objects out, flight, particles, and a visual representation of distortion caused by a shockwave that I don't recall ever seeing represented that way before in 3D. I will be seeing it again for the 3D experience alone, but the movie itself isn't too bad - not highbrow entertainment obviously, yet better than I was expecting.

I thought the 3D for this excellent - a lot of scenes of stuff being shoved at your face - I had a blast with this movie

Same here. Loved the 3D, better than I'd expected. And better movie than I'd expected given it's the 4th time around, not to mention the 2 Minion movies.

Thanks. It's $29.99 now but will most likely drop to $19.99 when the physical copy is released (9/24 I believe).

Just had a quick look at Despicable Me 4 and without even trying, it is clear that the 3D better than DM3.

Just like KFP4, I've never watched the first 3 in 3D, I just watched KFP4 3D without watching them. I might do the same here.
