I would imagine it's a direct port of the Studiocanal encode. Does any Spanish distributor produce their own encodes, for 4K that is?

Cannot source a copy, too expensive when I do ($40+). Also heard that one has an iffy video look according to a user in the Total Recall thread who went back to the Studio Canal/Lionsgate from it

I hadn't heard about this issue with the Italian copy but after reading it reminds me of the grid like pattern/screen door kind of effect I noticed on the Criterion blu for Godzilla 1954. I'll have to check it out again to see if I notice something similar, it may be something that's patched up a bit with DV as I believe the user was also viewing them both in HDR10.
