Default Driver issues

Alright Here is my problem and I've done some searching it seems Iam not the only one.

Trying to play a Blue-Ray movie on my computer using Cyberlink PowerDvD Ultra. The movie will start to play for about 2 seconds than an error saying my drivers are not compatible pop up. Cyberlink then sends me to update my drivers. I have a Nvidia 8600GT and the most up to date drivers (Version 169.25).I am running Windows Vista 32-bit, my computer is running 3GB of DDR2 RAM and an AMD Phenom Quad 9600 processor. Specs aren't the issue, but thought I'd list them anyway. It seems Cyberlink is having some issue with Vista?
Any ideas or anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Probably just something to do with Vista. Have you done any searching on the MS site to see if they address the issue there?

How are you connecting to your display? If you're using the DVI to VGA adapter, you'll have all kinds of hassles. If you're using the DVI to HDMI adapter, you're better off. The Nvidia setup is best if you select HDTV settings, either 1080i or 1080P. If you decide to use DualView, make sure you don't "clone" the settings (same display on both monitors), that will go sideways too.

I've run my 8800 GTS cards on two separate PC's, no problems, stunning picture.

Vista will routinely update the Nvidia drivers, and usually you have to reset the video parameter. But use the HDMI setup if possible, you could simply be having headaches with HDCP. Just for the heck of it, try a standard DVD with Cyberlink.
