Yes, I just saw that. It'll also be included with Vudu/FAH's digital release of GxK. The 5-film set is the only way to get it on disc.

Hi, longtime lurker first time poster so excuse my ignorance, but does anyone know if the 5-film set will include "normal" Blu-ray copies of the movies, or just 4Ks? If the latter, is anyone aware of plans to release the entire 5 film set on regular Blu-ray? Thanks for any info y'all can provide!

The 5-film 4K set includes 5 4K discs (one for each movie) and one Blu-ray disc containing a new extra and the extras from the previous Blu-ray releases for the first four films (as their 4K discs contain no extras). It does not contain the movies on Blu-ray discs.

There is also a 5-disc DVD set, but for whatever reason there is not a Blu-ray set with all 5 films.

Warner has phased out from doing 4K/BD combo packs, with the exception of SteelBooks.

Yeah. Right now my plan is to pick up both the Blu-ray and 4K copies (to complete my sets) and then to pick up the 5-film 4K set later (as long as it doesn't sell out). I only want the new extra, hard to justify $99 for that. Maybe it'll be a Prime Day deal next year.

I think this will be the first MV film I won't own a DVD copy for, but it's hard to care at this point.

KOTM 2019 is the only one I have on physical media -- the Godzilla 2014 release was too barebones in terms of special features (and, from what I understand, kind of a mess visually) and neither Skull Island nor GvK made enough of an impression to be priority buys on physical media. Figured the 5-pack could be an efficient way to scoop up the stuff I was missing, but a 4K setup isn't really in the cards for me financially. Ah well, maybe they'll do a BR combo pack after the next MV movie, lol
