Received my copy of Le chat qui fume's 4K digibook. This is my first LCQF purchase.

Blier's film was restored by TF1 and the grade is quite yellow. Other colors are rich and saturated as well, but...

...only in SDR and HDR10 and NOT in Dolby Vision. The DV layer shows significantly less vibrant colors than in HDR10. In DV, it looks as if the film received a bleach bypass. The HDR10 grade is closest to the SDR version on BD. I'm glad that LCQF use MEL layers and encode their base layers quite competently, otherwise these would've been disasters. Has this been the case with earlier LCQF UHDs as well?

Unfortunately I don't know how to extract DV layers from the video file, meaning potential screenshots are HDR10 at best. As of writing this text, I can't yet open the UHD in my computer to provide caps.

No subtitles at all are included. I fully agree with the sentiment of everyone else that the complete lack of subtitles on this release and other LCQF discs is enormously frustrating. It's just sloppy work where more effort would be necessary. I'll definitely give them feedback via email.
What's also sloppy is that the Blu-ray of the film didn't receive an individual hub in the digibook. Instead, they put it into a loose paper sleeve housed in the digibook. It fell right out after unsealing the edition and since the paper sleeve doesn't have a lid, the disc tumbled out as well.
