Sopranos blu ray didc just black screen?

So I bought Sopranos Complete series off ebay few yrs agonfor almost 70 bucks. I finally try to watch it for the first time. In the PS4. It does the Lil load thing then just gets stick on black screen. I've had trouble with the wire getting bad disc's. And not playing and skipping. Played the wire after the intro of studio it would stop. And I had bought Blade Complete Series. And none of the disc's in that series even played. Their the correct region. Sopranos just getting stuck on black screen

Every disc? Check to see if there’s a firmware update.

Mine does that at the end of the series finale. Just abruptly goes to a black screen at the end.

I would check your HDMI cable.

This happened to me on PS4 with Sopranos and it was due to BD Live trying to connect. I turned all of that off.

You know, I had a similar issue. I had bought the complete Newhart series on DVD. And in the final episode, it switched to the Bob Newhart Show. I'm thinking I got a bad batch. Amazon wouldn't refund me though.
