Home Grown Horrors is back with another trio of tantalizing treats from the outer reaches of 80s American horror cinema!

Kicking off the collection is Christopher Lewis’ grisly Oklahoma-lensed supernatural slasher, REVENGE, starring Patrick Wayne and John Carradine in the midst of a rural cult of satan-loving killers who use the black arts to wreck havoc on anyone who gets in their way. Enjoy this gruesome classic newly restored from its 16mm original negative with all its bloody effects looking better than ever.

Next up, Doug Robertson’s Kentucky based revenge-slasher HAUNTEDWEEN takes the Halloween spirit to newly vengeful heights as a fraternity party becomes a night of bloody mayhem when a masked stalker begins dismembering the guests. Packed with local flavor and a good sense of fun, this truly regional passion project comes to Blu-ray restored in 4K from its 16mm camera negative and packed with new and archival bonus materials.

Finally, from Michael O’Rourke, the man behind the previous HGH’s sleeper hit, Moonstalker, comes another (though earlier) demented, Reno shot slasher with the ghostly “romance,” DEADLY LOVE! After her lover is murdered, a scorned woman summons his presence from the grave. Years later his ghost still haunts the house of his lover’s untimely demise, where he murders anyone who makes the mistake of entering the property. Enjoy this offbeat regional rarity newly restored from its 16mm interpositive.

I'm a bit surprised this didn't already have an official forum thread. Congrats, this just became it.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this release. I pre-ordered when it went up a few months back due to that being a slow month for purchases for me and to lock up the free "add to my order" shipping option during the sale this next week. I'm hoping to find at least one of the films in the set tolerable.

Haven't seen any of these, but I'm really eager. Excited for Hauntedween in particular, but I'm gonna wait until closer to Halloween. I was told it would make a good double feature with Scary Movie (1991), so I think I might do just that
