N64 joystick repair/replacement - Blu-ray Forum

Looking for suggestions from those that have replaced their joysticks. Seems a lot of crap replacements out there.

Edit: or is it better to get a third party controller?

I went to a Used game store and they had GameCube Analog sticks for sale. Surprisingly, they are compatible with 64 controllers, and they are much better made.

I use hall effect sticks from XYAB. GC style ones are decent but some FPS games are unplayable, like 007.
