I was thinking about giving imusic a try. But lots of Blu-rays aren't actually in stock and have an estimated delivery date. How reliable is imusic, when it comes to items which aren't in stock? Thanks in advance for any replies

I think they are reliable..if you don´t mind waiting.I´ve ordered out of stock blu-rays from imusic three times and the first two arrived within three weeks or so but my latest purchase (Arrow´s release of Kinji Fukasaku´s The Threat) took about 2,5 months.I made the order october 11th,it was sent december 23rd and finally arrived few days ago.Usually I´m not in a hurry so I´ll probably order from them again at some point.

I placed my first order from them right around Black Friday. They had a pretty good sale on Criterion discs. None of the titles were in stock so it took about 3 weeks for it to ship. They did an imaculate job on packing the discs though. All bubble wrapped and arrived in mint condition. So if you don't mind waiting I say give them a try.

Excellent company, I have been very happy. But yes, shipping times may vary. Preordered titles have usually arrived just a day or two after release date, if not on the day. But they are also sticking to the release date, I preordered four of the five Arrow's UK releases in January, they've got them all physically reserved for me, but won't ship before the last (The Gift) is released on the 27th.
