This limited collector's edition comprises:

Two disks in a stylish digipak, one UHD and one Blu-Ray with the content duplicated across both formats, with English, French, Italian, Spanish, German subtitles on each version of the film.
A rigid box featuring brand new artwork by UK illustrator Tommy Pocket.
An extensive booklet containing new essays and reproduced material from the Hammer archives.
Facsimile reproductions of the UK and US pressbooks and a double-sided poster.

The disks features:

New commentary with film and media historian Melanie Williams and film researcher and critic Thirza Wakefield.
New commentary with actor and film historian Jonathan Rigby, author of English Gothic, and Kevin Lyons, editor of the Encyclopaedia of Fantastic Film and Television website.
I Am Not Ashamed: Film historian Lucy Bolton takes an unvarnished look at Barbara Payton, her body of work and her riches-to-rags story of Hollywood excess in an unenlightened and censorious age.
In the Sticks Sci-Fi!: William Fowler and Vic Pratt, creators/curators of the bfi’s ongoing Flipside series, discuss and deconstruct this key example of Hammer’s science-horror output.
Things to Come: Film historian and writer Neil Sinyard examines Four Sided Triangle, its stars, direction and problematic sexual politics.
An extensive image gallery, including behind-the-scenes images, alongside tracks from Malcolm Arnold’s score.

The booklet features:

New article by writer and actor Bruce G. Hallenbeck, examining the making of Four Sided Triangle.
New article by novelist and screenwriter Gavin Collinson, examining the source for this Frankenstein-inspired story and its many adjacent films.
New article by author and film expert Neil Sinyard, comparing the screenplay against noted sci-fi author William F. Temple’s source novel.
An archive interview with Len Harris, Hammer’s stalwart camera operator and a key presence at Hammer for over a decade.
A new in-depth examination of the attempts at remaking Four Sided Triangle in the 1990s (including reproduction production paperwork from the Hammer archive).
Reproductions of the UK and US Pressbooks.
A double-sided poster.

I'm sure I'm in the minority, but I'm more excited for this film to get a decent release than I was when I heard about the huge Captain Kronos box. Here's my Four Sided Triangle review from Letterboxd from when I did a Hammer deep dive in 2022:

This early Hammer sci-fi joint from Terence Fisher is included as a bonus feature on the UK Blu-ray of Curse of Frankenstein. Reviews I had seen suggested the film worthy of this fate, as opposed to getting its own release, because it was slow and uninteresting. Well, color me surprised because I found Four Sided Triangle to be an intriguing mix of The Fly and Frankenstein. My biggest compliment, however, is that I started it at 10 PM and didn't fall asleep!

I’m excited too for this one. Am I correct in thinking this never had a HD release? Straight from SD to 4K

It’s good to see Hammer aren’t just focusing on the obvious releases. Many of their big hitters already have a top notch HD release and I’m happy to wait for them to come to 4K.

This now means my HD (or better) Hammer collection wish list is down to just:

Hysteria
Crescendo
Journey to the Unknown
Hammer House of Mystery and Suspense

Yup, only dvd releases in the UK & US.

I am going to be broke. But I am planning accordingly.

And I am ashamed to say that I have never watched a Hammerfilm before. Unless I was unaware that it was one. But I know I have never watched these old movies like Captain Kronos.

I will be buying this. I used to have the DD Entertainment disc and the Anchor Bay double feature (with X The Unknown I think).

Finally, early vintage Hammer AND a Terence Fisher classic in 4K UHD.

Very enthused about this release.

Jolly good news.

Keep 'em coming, Hammer.

It'd be good to have these two in HD for the Hammer fans. They're just not two I'd personally pick up.

I've never really been into the Cave Girl films (maybe I shouldn't advertise that too loudly around these parts )

This is going to completely depend on the price. I can't justify swinging Kronos type money on this set.

Are these Hammer UHDs meant to be for the UK and US or are they likely to also get a separate US release from Hammer or another label?

Kind of where I’m at too. I love what Hammer is doing here but can’t justify or afford the deluxe treatment on everything.

It's going to get interesting the further we go.

I pretty much have every Hammer US BR release and a lot of imports, so I don't know how many times I can revisit the well.

Sure, I'll be there for the heavy hitters, but generally, it's going to be on a case-by-case basis. (well, in theory)

They did on Kronos, but they also sent out an e-mail when it was up. This won't be sold out, so just keep a lookout in your mailbox.

They do.

I will definitely be picking up, though unless Hammer finally joins the IOSS, I will probably just order it locally instead.

1st 50 orders get a press booklet worth £50. And a poster.

I seem to have gotten the press booklet, as well as a poster for free.

Thanks for the heads-up! Do these bonus goodies show at checkout, before payment is taken? I'm at checkout, ready to pay - and no extra items are showing
