Games for Logitech G29 for a kid? Please advise. - Blu-ray Forum

Hi guys. Bought a Logitech G29 wheel for my 10 year old niece because she wanted to have one badly but now she is having issues (naturally) while playing racing games because of difficulty so can you guys please advise any games that are easy and compatible with G29 wheel? Maybe a simulator or something where she doesn't need to do much effort in understanding and can just enjoy her wheel. Thanks.

Gotta hand it to you, you're one gem of an uncle buying a 10 year old such an expensive piece of equipment lol.

I think if you are using it with a PS5 then the most obvious choice probably would be Gran Turismo with custom races set to easy AI opponents but not 100% sure but i would have assumed most racing games can be used with a steering wheel and as such more arcadey racers like NFS games and so on with easy AI can be set to have her play with.

Hopefully that helps a little.

I believe Grid Legends is wheel compatible. I thought that was a pretty fun game and the AI aren't very tough, so it might be worth a shot. I've also read that you can use a wheel with Wreckfest. Wreckfest is a blast and has lots of different game modes, like demolition derby in addition to standard course racing.

I looked into both Hotwheels Unleashed and Lego 2k Drive (which would probably be great for someone in that age range), but unfortunately they do not appear to support wheels, which is a shame.

If you want easy you can try Disney Speedstorm, it's a f2p kart racer. Also, Forza Horizon 5 is a month away. Excellent game and you can just set a medium difficulty for your niece, lots of fun with a wheel on Xbox and PC so I'm sure it will still be fun with a wheel on PS5.
