Which game has better graphics? UT3 or CoD4 - Blu-ray Forum

Ok guys, I need your opinion on something;

Which Game has better Graphics, Unreal Tournament III or Call of Duty 4?

if you took the distance between the sun & Pluto and multiply it by 99999999999999999999999999999999999999899, that is how much better cod4 looks than ut3.

Depends what you like:

UTIII: Highly ornate and quite colourful but jaggy, solid 30fps
CoD4: Blander but smooth, solid 60fps

UT3 is a graphic disaster. It looks like a NES game that was ported to the Jaguar system. Might be the biggest disappointment of the decade.

I agree with samsonite. UTIII is a nightmare. no depth at all. I would have to say that donkey kong looks better.

I wish I has 2 more hands so I could give UT3's graphics 4 thumbs down!

Those pic are as lame as the actual game. Everything looks like it's made out of the same material.

That game hasn't received one good reveiw from any dev co.

Edit: and since when do developers review each others games? UTIII's been reviewed in the 8's and 9's by real reviewers.

Those screenshots make the game look terrible. Dont trust them... the game does NOT look like that.
And even if it did, its got user created content, mouse and keyboard support, and plenty of other features that make it an awsome game.
Only complaint is that there is no offline multiplayer.

Basically, if i had to pick between COD4 and UTIII, i would pick Uncharted - Next would be UTIII.

They've got the slightly washed out look as Ruliweb haven't tuned their capture hardware and software setup properly but it demonstrates the sharpness and variety of detail. And the aliasing.

wow, u guys are retarded, this game is built from unreal engine 3, and made by epic (who developed the engine). This is same engine/studio who made gears of war. I know you all probably already know this, but mark rein himself said ut3 has better graphics than gears of war (y'know, the game in which everybody goes moist for the graphics). just because a game has a unique art style doesn't mean the graphics suck, and even mentioning this game in the same sentence as nes/jaguar/etc.??? are you guys on crack?

I like the graphics in UT3 so I'm not sure what's up with some of these posts. I frequently think gamespot gives the PS3 games the shaft but even they say UT3 looks great.

I haven't played UTIII but I have played COD4. I really wasn't impressed by COD4. Everything seemed washed out and bland. Graphics and detail wasnt that great either. COD4 is a better game than Uncharted, but Uncharted KILLED COD4 in the graphics dept.

This was a GREAT way to bring out all of the COD4 fanbois that can't stand UT3. They've been waiting for an invite to a ***** session. UT graphics have always been the same: big bold chaotic colors. I LOVE that sh!t.

I also like/own COD4, and I am about to buy UT3 (when all my BB stars align properly).
