I would love to get blu ray releases for both shows.... I would take an SD release at this point. Like many animated shows from the 80's I doubt it will ever happen but still hoping I am wrong.

Any fans of ether/both series?

Yes!!! Huge fan of these cartoons! Hope they do get released on bluray at some point

It's been released on blu ray in Germany. I believe it's region free.

Still hoping for a US release....but this is better then nothing. How is the picture/sound quality? How many discs?

So nothing for 80's She-Ra?

I heard rumors of a She-Ra German release as well.

I miss the days when they did a remake or movie version of a show you would get a physical release of the original.

They're not rumors. They are, for now, only available in The Eternia Collection Blu-ray Disc set from Plaion Pictures. I have it, and it's all 93 episodes of She-Ra as well as "The Secret of the Sword" feature-length film.

So is Secret of The Sword on disc one or on the last disc(maybe as a special feature)?
