Witness is getting re-released by All Interactive Distribution. Not sure if this is a a new scan but does have the same bare bones and specs as the previous Paramount Pictures release from 2014 just with a different cover.

Worth getting the UK Arrow releases.


Out in June.

These have new master and loads of new extras.
Have the US release from last year and looks great.

The old Paramount BD, looked like shit.

I just bought this with hopeful assumption that it would be a new scan but doesn't mention anything on the cover. Tempted to return it and invest in the Arrow import.

Does anyone know for certain?

If you play chances, I'll go for the arrow.

Covers generally match what's been released overseas so I would say this is the new scan but few people raved about the 4k release. Isn't this Paramount?

I saw the announcement but due to the reasons above I find it underwhelming, the positive, it is cheap. I might consider the Arrow myself but I probably prefer to wait and see.
