Toaplan Arcade Collection

City Connection and Bitwave Games announced Toaplan Arcade Collection in two volumes with 8 games each (not 24 like the mobile-only Amusement Arcade TOAPLAN). Couch co-op for supported titles, domestic and international versions for some titles, DIP switch settings, and they added some modern conveniences like save states, rewind, and slow motion.

Available August 28th, physical copies for Switch and PS5 coming from Clear River Games at 5,940円 each, and digital copies for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S for 5,500円 each. Bitwave already released these games on Steam worldwide.

There are a bunch of collectable items available depending on where you preorder, no international release announced yet but it's pretty likely.

These are about to go up for preorder from Limited Run Games for $35 each. Glad I held off on getting the overseas version. Always love these shmup collections.

Vol. 2 looks a bit more appealing to me. Pretty sure they split it this way to make it a tough decision.
