Problem with Rattatouille on Blu ray

Hi I hope some one can help me (& not a stupid problem of my own making.

I have Panasonic DMP BD10 & have had no problems playing blu ray discs until I bought above.
It plays the trailers & coming soon clips but will not play the movie or bonus features.
When I can get the main menu up, it is imposed on the trailers which continue to loop in the background but have no affect which ever button I try pressing.
I thought it must be a damaged disc & have exchanged it but the replacement is the same.
This is the only Disney/Pixar I have & am concerned that this studio may have something on their discs that is not compatible with my player.
As I said discs from other studios play fine.

Have you checked to see if you have the latest firmware for you player installed?

Hello mate, not sure I can directly help you or not but the first question is have you got the latest firmware for your player instally?

If not that would be the first thing to try doing.

You can find a direct download of your players firmware at the top of this site and install it on your player.

FYI.. your player is now at Version 2.4

Firmware isn't something I had considered. I'll get out the instructions book & re-read. Thanks for your help & I'll let you know how I get on. Mike
