Oddworld for PS3 - Blu-ray Forum

Have there been any rumblings about a nex-gen HD addition to the Oddworld series? Or have they dissapeared all together? Stranger's Wrath was great and I was hoping for another title.

Not that I've heard.

I havent played one since the very first. Always wanted to try out the others though.

Oddworld Studio Quits Games for Movies

If there's any future game tie-ins they wont be worked on by the original OI team.

Abe's Oddysee and Exoddus PlayStation downloads are still quite possible if (I assume OI still own all their own IP) the Lanning's want it.

I only ever played the demo of oddworld back in the PS1 days. I want to see the game (and its sequel) on the PSN store too.

Stranger's Wrath was criminally overlooked so that deserves a rerelease on next-gen platforms. Even with a basic portover I think it'd still look quite nice today. Unfortunately I get the impression (and don't blame him) Lorne Lanning would rather forget the whole PS2/Xbox generation ever happened.

That guy was a real talent....It is a shame that his company went down as it did.

Stranger's Wrath is still on my modded XBox...amazing game...sadly overlooked as you stated Shin..

You can thank MS for that, Oddworld habitants closed its doors because of them. I love the first two games, never played last two due to xbox exclusivity and I am not the one who will bow down and buy the console for one or two games. I miss Abe.
