Well that's great news. I hope this will result in a region A release sometime in the near future. I'd love to retire my DVD.

Excellent news as it looks like the longer (original) cut.

As Sony have it for the USA I can't see a longer cut release as they don't own that version I assume they'd need to pay Wenders more money for the use.
