We are thrilled to be bringing the first five films in the long-running franchise to the Imprint Collection on 4K UHD & Blu-ray, loaded with Special Features and multiple cuts across a horrifying thirteen discs, with authoring and encoding from Fidelity In Motion.

This strictly Limited Edition Jack O’Lantern pumpkin packaging is a must-have mantelpiece set, hand-painted and sitting on a custom-moulded base measuring 29 x 27 x 25cm. Also featuring an integrated flickering LED light – you can have a burning jack o’lantern on your shelves all year round!

The five films are each housed in their own SteelBook, sitting in custom-made foam inserts securely recessed at the rear of the pumpkin. An insert booklet sits inside each SteelBook, featuring brand NEW essays from author Andrew Grevas.

Strictly limited to 1000 copies only, every unit is individually numbered.

Also included is a custom-made PVC display case, and each set arrives in an individual thick cardboard shipper. Batteries are not included for retail and shipping safety.

Halloween II (1981)
Imprint Collection #476

From the mind of John Carpenter, the sequel to cultural phenomenon Halloween is packed with thrills and gore galore.

Scanned in 4K from the original camera negative, experience every bloodcurdling scream in UHD with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. PLUS, the fan-favourite Television Cut has been upscaled to high-definition Blu-ray. Packed with extended and alternate scenes, the Television Cut is Halloween II through a uniquely different lens, and a must-watch in HD for Michael Myers completionists.

Picking up exactly where the first film left off, Halloween II follows the same ill-fated characters as they encounter the knife-wielding maniac they thought had been left for dead in the first film. It seems the inhuman Michael Myers is still very much alive and out for more revenge as he stalks the deserted halls of the Haddonfield hospital. As he gets closer to his main target, Dr. Loomis (Donald Pleasence) discovers the chilling mystery behind the crazed psychopath’s actions.

The question is will this set be an Imprint Site Exclusive or will sites like
OrbitDVD / Atomic / DiabolikDVD offer Pre-Orders?

I kind of wish the Steelbook cover art also had the titles and fonts from the original poster artwork.

For anyone curious if they are missing any special features from the Scream Factory versions they are not as I've just went over DVDCompare and they will all be included. Looks like Via Vision is redoing 2 and 3 as the original Blu-Rays they did don't have the Atmos track. Looks like it'll knock Scream Factory out the door with this having FIM encoding, and no doubt the 1080p discs will end up being region free like all of the other Via Vision releases

One minor typo, Halloween 3 is actually mono, not stereo.

Also I bet for the first one this one is going to include that same terrible sounding 1999 mono mastering that was on Shout's disc. That encode will definitely make it at least one redeeming factor though.

That is typical from IMPRINT they don't know what audio tracks should be noted as, most don't know mono from stereo its embarrassing

If they update their listing I can update also. I just did a copy/paste.

Me too, Imprint finally lured me in to one of their big sets. FIM encode on all 5, original art, and seemingly all the Shout extras carried over, really all that could get better is remastering the mono for the first.

Looks absolutely awesome, and absolutely not spending $500AU on this, especially with concerns about tariffs & shipping delays.

Doing a quick run through of the specs, it looks like it has the missing features from Halloween that Shout wasn’t able to license for their 4K release. It also has the old UK commentaries for Halloween II & III (though I believe those were on Via Vision’s prior releases).

Unfortunately, it seems like they were unable to get the commentary with Alan B. McElroy for Halloween 4.

It would be nice if we can get confirmation on the 78 Halloween if it is the poor quality Mono audio Shout for Halloween disc or not.

& Halloween 3 audio as being original Mono. (They list it as Stereo-guessing this is a misprint.

For many International customers it doesn't work, they apparently don't have that option.

Honestly considering everything else is almost identical to Shout's discs, unfortunately I doubt it'll be newly restored.

I wouldn’t order direct from them, especially with the tariff situation throwing everything up in the air for now. I’ll order only from a US boutique, like Diabolik, Orbit, Atomic, if they carry this. They always offer Pay-in-4.

Honestly this set is a pass for me, not worth the price since I already have the Shout discs and I don't think it's worth it for only what's simply a better encode.
