Default Apple TV Purchases Image Quality
Over the past few days, maybe longer, the image quality on my Apple TV purchases looks bad. Sometimes the image will improve but if I pause it, it mostly returns to bad again.

My internet is a consistent 220 mbps. Watching on prior gen ATV 4K and 4th gen iPad Pro.
