National Treasure 2 BOS cover art is available on DVD but not BLU ray yet. I dont know about any of you but this movie was awesome and I will be buying both DVD and BLU. I know you guys hate DVD but here is the cover art anyway

I'm struggling with whether or not I'll get this one. I probably will, but I didn't enjoy it as much as the first.

I'm a little upset the Goofy short doesn't appear to be in the press release. That was my big dissapointment missing it theatrically

I forgot about that, that was good...I liked the 3D chip and dale one during the 3D version of Meet the Robinsons more. But I like what disney is doing bringing the classics back

I'd buy it but I'm a big worried about the PQ. One of the POTC discs has the trailer for this one and the scenes, even the outdoor scenes shot in broad daylight, are *VERY* dark. But then the green ratings screen that precedes the trailer was much much darker than normal as well so perhaps it was just a snafu with the trailer.

Trailers are never a god indicator for the final product. Disney discs, especially new releases, have yet to really disappoint.

Agree on both points, just noting the absolutely awful PQ of the trailer. I'm not really a stickler about that sort of thing so if it was bad enough for me to consider skipping a movie I actually liked you know it must've been pretty awful.

oh wow i completely missed it. i would have paid the 15 bucks to watch the movie at el capitan if i had known that was on there. oh well.

The trailers are always done in MPEG-2 whereas the movie itself will probably be AVC. The PQ of the trailer bears no resemblance to the PQ of the movie.

However, the reason I am concerned about the PQ is the large amount of extras apparently all on the same disc as the movie.

Edit: I see that each title is two discs. That's a relief.
