It doesn't say anything about increasing current inventory just that they will add up to 1500 titles which in another article said 300 would be new releases and the rest catalog, so it could cut down on waiting times due to more titles to choose from but unless they increase the amount of certain titles their will still be long waits.
What I find most interesting is Netflix believes there will be 1300-1500 titles released this year. Currently there are only 88 that have dates, That means that Netflix thinks there will be on average over 100 titles a month until the end of the year. Which is 4 times (Jan:26, Feb:29) as many that have been released the first 2 months of this year. So we should be seeing 25+ titles a week. |

I noticed that movies on my queue have moved up from long wait to short wait and they have been doing cross country shipping their BD movies. I don't mind waiting for the movie couple days than having it on queue as long wait which could take up to months.

$11.99 for 4 rentals per month, 2 at a time. Currently, renting BDs is no more expensive than DVDs. There are others though: Check their current plans out here |

Right now it's 3 dollars cheaper than Blockbuster. Let's hope they don't raise the price above Blockbuster, if raising price means more HD movies then I'm in for it, but they said HD movie renters are still in single digit percentage. Do they really want poeple who rent DVD only pay for it too?
