Just bought PS3. I am hooking it up to my Sony 1080P SXRD and to my Bose Lifestyle38 receiver. My receiver has no HDMI, but does have one optical in as well as multiple in's that have red, white, and black. They are labeled R, L, and D. For the best sound, should I hook the PS3 into the receiver through the optical or should I use the red, white, and black inputs (also, what are those called)? Also, where there then be any setting I need to do on the PS3 so that sound does not travel through the HDMI that is running to my tv?
