Who do you personally find to be some of the most-talented actors and actresses under the ripening age of 30-years-old? Here are Entertainment Weekly's top choices here and here (needless to say, some of the choices are a bit mind-boggling).

For me, it's really easy.

Actor: Jake Gyllenhaal

Actress: Natalie Portman

Their resumes, along with the on-screen presence they possess, speaks for itself. They've both been in diversified roles that has lent credence to their range, and I only see that continuing from here on out.

Bright, bright future for both.

I would agree that several of EWs choices are exactly that... EW

Actor: James McAvoy or Shia LaBouf
Actress: Evangeline Lilly or Natalie Portman (with the exception of SW)
