Default First 'SteelBook' Blu-ray for Futureshop

http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...2&catid=24080#

I am legend seem to be the First 'SteelBook' exclusive from Futureshop in Canada. They do that for most High Class release on DVD, but it's a first for Blu-ray (2$ more than normal edition Futureshop Price)

Steelbook: because your media collection isn't heavy enough on those bowed shelves.

Steelbooks: A marketing gimmick that actually works.

I've been very tempted to rebuy discs I've already owned just to get the steelbook packaging. I wouldn't mind if everything came in a steelbook case.

+1 They are awesome. The Grindhouse ones were awesome but nothing beats the Departed one though.

it says it's available for pre-order for March 18th, but it doesn't show up here http://www.futureshop.ca/marketing/d...gon=&langid=EN
I hope to see it there in a week...

You realize ryoohki said "the First 'SteelBook' exclusive from Futureshop in Canada", right? Not worldwide.

Can i just ask, what is a Steelbook edition?

Is it like how some xbox360 limited edition games come in a sort of normal plastic case but with a metal skin on the front and back... it's hard to tell from those pics as it sort of looks like a normal blu-ray case but with some horrible artwork
