Default The BD-P100 Received The iF Design Award

From smarthouse.com.au
Quote:
Samsung’s new Blu-ray disc player, the BD-P100, has received a prestigious iF Design Award in Germany.

The competition, which has been running since 1953, judges products by design quality, workmanship, material selection, innovation, environmental friendliness, functionality, ergonomics, visualisation of use, safety, brand value and branding.
Interesting.

I really like my sammy. And design IMHO is cool. At least to me it looks better than Sony or Panny players. Haven't seen Pio to compare. And of course it's way better than Tosh. A1.

Not really, the criteria doesn't include how well it works. It just has to look pretty and be environmentally safe.
