sixaxis - Blu-ray Forum

im having trouble with my sixaxis, it started when i was playing heavenly sword,and the ps3 didn't detect that i was moving it for the aftertouch thing,i don't want to give it to sony because it is the only one i've got,and i cant buy a new one because i im kinda not wanting to spend a lot after buying rock band.
any help

Just the generally obvious things:

- Make sure the controller is properly charged (you might even want to try using the controller with it actually connected via the usb cable).
- Make sure the controller is assigned as Controller 1 (I don't think you'd be able to play at all if it wasn't, but who knows).
- Shut down and restart the PS3.
- Make sure you have the latest firmware installed.
- Try the controller with other games that use the Six Axis motion controls (download the Super Rub a Dub demo and see that game works).

well its got 3 bars of battery life,havent tried the shut down restart thing,havent played other games,ill give these suggestions a try oh and still havent downloaded 2.17 so that might be it,thanks
