I was thinking the same thing but didn't want to start a thread thinking of the possibilities of being roasted. Based on my taste i see nothing i want to buy in April. Good thing i am kind of new to Blu about three Months so they are quite a few good movies on Blu that i haven't seen yet. That said the current selections ccoming up in April leaves alot to be desired. Some of those Studios who supported HD-DVD need to make their Blu announcement very soon. April is looking like a very dull Month for the winning format. The The Golden Compass is probably the only movie i might think about getting in April and thats set to be released on Apr 29th 2008. Could the end of April come any sooner for Blu-ray?

It may not be a film that simply HAS to be bought in hi-def, but Before the Devil Knows You're Dead is an excellent movie.

The Orphanage is really good too, and a bit more "Blu-worthy."

And for the record, Unbreakable is still my pick for the best M. Night Shyamalan film (not that his last two are even worth counting).

I'll be getting Unbreakable, Walk Hard and Ocean's Eleven and Twelve for sure. I still have to see Juno, The Orphanage, The Golden Compass, Before the Devil Knows You're Dead and Water Horse before I make up my mind on those. I also may pick up Hidalgo or Sharkwater, but that may be some time down the road.

It will probably be Unbreakable and Alvin & the Chipmunks for sure. Depending on the reviews, Predator and First Knight.

Nothing good? I am only picking up Waterhorse and Predator in April unless by some miracle Paramount gets Sweeney Todd and Cloverfield out.

Wow, no offense but it must suck having such a discerning taste in movies that you find so few worthy releases to choose from. There seems to be quite a few like that but I guess, if nothing else, it makes me feel pretty lucky that I enjoy such a wide variety of movies. I'd be pretty disappointed if nothing being released in the next month or so appealed to me.

Well out of the list that he had on here, the only one I will be picking up is Predator. All the others are not, by any means, must haves for me. Then again, I am not one of those people who but every new release just because.
