The handling fee is actually $9.99 because of the size and weight of the set. I guess it goes higher depending on the method of shipping that you choose. For those interested and not in a hurry you can get value shipping for free by using the coupon code "SAVER". I know that the $9.99 is high, but considering the price of gas and the time to get to the store twice (deposit/pick-up) it's not too bad.

I am not sure about how someone got 15% off, but I just used the coupon code "diamond" on an order I just placed and it took $10 off (the coupon is for $10 off an online order of $75 or more). Not a lot, but it at least offset the $9.99 handling fee. Shipping is extra though.
