Nothing left to buy on Blu-ray - Blu-ray Forum

Okay. I got a BD player for Christmas. I have been stocking up on BD movies since Thanksgiving. I took advantage of all of the sales, discounts, deals and coupons. I even purchased a few imports. My last new release purchases were I Am Legend and Enchanted. I just picked up Stargate and Total Recall for $7.99 (J&R's last Blu-ray Blow Out). I now have over 100 BDs on the shelf -- every available BD that was released that I wanted for my collection is here -- and I have watched them all -- some of them several times.

I have preorders in for Twister, Mrs Doubtfire and National Treasure 1 and 2.

Now there is NOTHING left to buy on Blu-ray disc until Sleeping Beauty comes out in the fall.

This is indeed a very sad day. All that's left to buy are chick flicks... and I don't want 'em.

I'am sorry but so far only release to May are solid. June hasn't even started..... Theyre's a couple spread in July and June 3rd... it's not like the list is all out..

What about Batman Returns, The Dark Knight? There are going to be some nice titles coming out this year that have yet to be announced too!

In 4 months you bought a large number of movies that spanned 22 months of releasing. Now you're left to buying movies at the actual pace they are releasing. It's just something you have to learn to live with.

If you cant find anything to buy till fall with all the BD movies coming out then you either need to expand your taste in movies or go sit in the corner and be quiet and leave the rest of us alone and stop whineing and creating another pointless thread

At this precise moment I feel the same way, no titles to buy this minute. However, there is a LOT of great upcoming releases that I want. I am looking foward to the Dirty Harry Collection, The MGM releases for June, Comando, Predator, The Golden Compass, and many others.

That was mean. Just mean. Such hostility here at Blu-ray.com tonight. I guess the credit card bills for all of the BD purchases have come in.
