Just watched Transformers last night and Bad Boys 1 too. I don't care what people say about him, his movies are so entertaining and his filming style really lends itself to look awesome on BD.

Ok, so there are 24 - 35 minutes of watchable footage during Transformers. For every scene that is awesome, there's a scene that makes you want to put your remote through your TV. "My bad!" says Optimus Prime as I want to choke Michael Bay to death.

His movies are entertaining, but they aren't good. They tend to have the same formula and tug at the same faux heartstrings to elicit a response from the viewer.

Also, have you ever seen Bad Boys 2? I do own it and do like it, but not for the reason that it's a good movie. That movie is so over the top that I can't believe, as Mr. Hitchcock calls them, the Plausables aren't saying "How does that even make sense" throughout the entire movie. I watch it for how terrible it is and how I can't believe how someone made a movie like this, not for its quality.
