Sony's are great TV's especially when you can get a deal like that. For $900 I'd get it.

Go bigger if you can. Just got a 55 up from my 40 and wow theres a big difference.

I have a Bravia "S" series in the bedroom. Nice TV. Certainly not up there with my XBR, but very nice nonetheless.

I agree with the above poster about going bigger if you can. My TV at 52" is just barely enough for my liking.
