Polk Audio FS10 Floor Stand? - Blu-ray Forum

Hey, I was just wondering if anybody has these and if they're worth the hefty price tag ($299).

I'm seriously considering them, but only if it's $299 for a pair and not each. If anyone can confirm it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

For anyone else considering these, I received an e-mail from Polk Customer Service confirming this is for a PAIR. Still not sure if this is definitely the ones I want, but certainly in the running.

Channel to hide the wire, but it doesn't say if the base is removable (to fill with Cat-Litter etc. for extra weight) and it also doesn't say if the speakers fasten to the stands (do you see pre-threaded holes in the bottom of your speakers?) and if it comes with fastening hardware...... If it has all of that, I'd say go for it, and you'll enjoy your new speakers.

My stands for my rears are mounted to my speakers, and they too conceal the wires..... they're really pretty nice to have. I even put the little rubber pads on the stand before I secured the speakers to them to prevent any vibration (I don't have carpet under the speaker stands, so I left the metal spikes out)
