I've only made it as far as the first "Name That Tune" segment, but on the PS3 I had the same problem you describe (lack of audible audio clue). I'll report back after I get a chance to explore the D-Files further.

You are definitely not alone. I mentioned in my review of the movie that I was having issues on the Panny BD-30 with this feature. I've been in contact with an individual from Panasonic Labs, but he's been unable to replicate my exact problem I'm having (and I'm using the latest firmware), although he did find issues with other players during testing. I'm working on an addendum to the review to note this.

On the other hand, I had no problems with the feature on my PS3.

the d-files feature on 'enchanted' worked pretty well for me on one player, once i figured out a way to get it started that is.....

, but i can't get it to work well on my laptop at all - every time after the clips from getting a question right finish, it starts the movie over at the beginning....

i have the panasonic bd30 - when you first bring up the d-files, it just has black character shadows and a blank blue screen - the menu options (new game, save game, etc.) are "missing".... however, i just clicked ok on the remote as if they were really there and the game started with no problems after that. hope that helps someone maybe get to see it work!

even the song questions where you choose how many notes you want to hear - the audio came right up and everything....

I too was impressed by how well integrated the game is. Its one of the nicest bits of interactivity I've seen.

However, the audio was also missing for me on the name that tune section. I have a 40GB PS3 with the latest firmware.
