Downloading to multiple accounts.

Sorry about the new thread on a topic already covered, but i could not find anything using the search feature. When I downloaded warhawk a while back it was on my account. There are more accounts on my PS3 now and other people would like to play warhawk and build their own stats. It's not a big deal but i was wondering how to re-download warhawk to the other accounts. I'm under the impression that a game bought on the PSN can be downloaded to like 4 or 5 different accounts on the same PS3. Thanks for the help!

Are you meaning to accounts on your PS3? If so you dont need to reDL it. Just go switch users on your menu. DL it again is for puttin it onto another PS3.

To the OP: Warhawk and other premium downloading content are different than regular DL games like Flow. Here's how it works as I understand it:

Let's say your username is DLGuy and you purchased Warhawk and 3 other PS3s. You can DL Warhawk on all three PS3s using DLGuy but at any one time it can only be played by DLGuy. The game is tied to your username. So even though you may have other users on that PS3, those users can't play Warhawk without logging in as DLGuy.

If my GF wants to play warhawk under her username it wont work because it was downloaded under my username (both profiles are on the same PS3). So im wondering if she could also have access to warhawk while signed in under her username instead of using my profile online.

It's 5 machines but..

Games like Warhawk and GT5:Prologue - which are also available on blu-ray - are tied to the account that downloaded the game and can't be shared with other accounts. Basically the more expensive games have this restriction.

"Small" PSN games like Stardust HD etc that are NOT also available on blu-ray and are in the $10 range can be played/shared by multiple accounts.

To do what you want requires the blu-ray version...it was the main reason I bought blu-ray since we have several children .. including me.
