How does the Sony upconversion compare to Panny? - Blu-ray Forum

Considering jumping to a S350 from my BD30 is there is an improvement. The BD30 does a pretty good job, just wondering if the current Sony's are better because I dont think anything is changing in that aspect with the BD50.

I don't really see that as being a 'jump.' Other than having an ethernet connection, I don't see really any gain in doing that. I would keep the BD30 instead of getting the S350.

A jump to a better player to me would be the BD50 if you stayed with panny or or the Sony S550.
