Who's getting "The Other Boleyn Girl" on Blu-ray June 10? - Blu-ray Forum

Video will be presented as 1.85:1 1080p AVC accompanied by a 5.1 Dolby TrueHD soundtrack.

Special features include a camera test (with narration by director Justin Chadwick), director's commentary, deleted and extended scenes, character biographies, and two featurettes ("To Be a Lady - Court Etiquette" and "Translating History to the Screen").

Exclusive to the Blu-ray release will be an "Inside the Court" BonusView feature.

I'll love Natalie Portman forever, and I'll buy anything with her in it. So this should be reason enough for me to want to get "The Other Boleyn Girl" on Blu-ray June 10!

you know, i was quite sad to see this movie was made. 2 of my favorite (hottest) actresses in the same movie, and its a movie i have no interest in seeing.

It's actually not that bad of a movie in telling the story leading up to England's split from the Catholic church due to Henry VIII's wish to divorce the queen. Portman had a tough job with her character and didn't pull it off too convincingly. Given the script, I don't think any actress could have pulled it off. Johansen had an easier role and she did a good job with it. I don't think the writers figured out who was the "other" girl, so the script definitely could benefit from a rewrite.

It is a terrible movie. I went to see it as a history fan and especially one of this period. It's not historically accurate at all, it's terribly acted and it's boring as hell.

Seriously a waste.

I thought the acting was pretty good, I heard the same about the inaccuracies as well but that aside the movie was entertaining enough. I definitely won't purchase it but im glad I saw it

My wife drug me to the theatre to see this one. It sucked bad, and historically inaccurate.

another NP fan, awesome. i just watched, Goya's Ghost. it was pretty interesting. (not a great film, but...) i also like SJ.

Had to go to the theatre to watch it. Wanted to go home early, but had to stick it out because I was told stay or else! YUK
