Default War Movies on BD

Last few days I have watched Pearl Harbour,Flags of our fathers and letters from iwo jima.
All I can say is wow how good these movies look pearl harbour even though not my favorite movie had me hooked on the battle scenes sitting at the edge of my seat like I was there.
The same goes for flags of our father and letters from iwo jima absolutly great battle scenes that just had me in complete awe.
I would liike to get more war based movies like these I hope there more out there or coming out soon but I dont think anything will give me the same experience as I had with these movies.

I'd like to see a lot of the little-known Vietnam movies come to Blu-ray that never found their way to DVD--Platoon Leader, The Iron Triangle, and 84 Charlie MoPic among others. Not likely to ever happen, but you never know.

You should check out The Dirty Dozen, a classic war flick with an epic cast. The price is right on this one too.

I hope they do "Guns of Naverone" soon on blu too, ill be getting that for sure. They released it in super bit but I could never find it so im waiting anxiously.

Tears of the Sun.

It is sad because since I have started playing COD, I can tell what kind of guns they are using.

I'm still waiting for Saving Private Ryan as well. It'll be here before you know it because it's Paramount

I think you'd like "Tora, Tora, Tora" even more. Let's hope it'll come to Blu-ray in the not too distant future.

Kingdom of Heaven has some good battle scenes, great PQ, and excellent AQ.

Aside from what has already been mentioned, I'd love to see Hamburger Hill remastered for HD.

From a war in a different period, I can't wait for Master and Commander to come out.

I also am anxiously waiting for Patton, Saving Private Ryan, and Band of Brothers.

Pattons a big one for me! Pearl Harbor looks great even though it's not the greatest of movies....it still has a great battle sequence!

We Were Soldiers is very good but they could have done better with the pq. As long as its an upgrade over dvd I'll buy it.
