One Missed Call (Thumb UP OR DOWN?) - Blu-ray Forum

My wife and I found this movie very entertaining and glad we brought this on blu ray! THE PQ is awesome, lot black scenes that PQ was excellent. I admit, I was spooked because my wife blackberry kept recieving texts.

I thought Warner did excellent job with this movie and the blu disc. I would recommend this to horror lover or anyone. Not to spoil the movie for people have not seen it yet, but the ending is up to you to think if it will continue or not.

I also got my wife big time too, scared her when I knew something scary coming!

like i said I liked the movie, hint... hint... and its rewatchable.

I don't know. When my wife and I saw the trailer for the first time we looked at each other at the same time and said, "Teenie movie." It looked kind of cheesey.

We live around Tampa Bay and most of the movie theaters around here are chalk full of teens who can make an otherwise great night at the movies a virtual nightmare. One Missed Call is one of those movies my wife and I shy away from for that very reason.

But, maybe we'll have to check it out sometime.

Wow...This movie is very poor. The PQ is good, but the acting / story rate a 2 in a scale of 10 (my opinion). I would not consider watching this one ever again.

Just another American rip off of a decent Japanese horror movie... I've been disappointed in the past with these so called "remakes." I think I'll pass on this one.

Watched it with my Gf it was a borefest, i had no idea what was going on, i just kept making fun of the movie so my GF would get mad and we could go home early. It worked, one of the only times I have walked out of a movie.

Two movies I have seen recently I would have to say are two of the worst movies i have ever watched. One Missed Call, and The Black Widow (which was originally called "Before It Had a Name") Both were a big waste of time.

I haven't seen it, but it looks pretty bad, and a positive review is difficult to come by.

I liked it. I mostly bought it because it was being slammed every where so I thought it would be fun to watch. It ended up being a lot better than I expected though and a lot better than a lot of the low-budget horror flicks that I have on DVD.

despite dislike reviews here, i didnt feel i wasted my 2 hours watch this movie with my wife. We were in good mood and no fights, thats not a waste!

Also never a waste when we have time for eachtoher after two kids are in bed. This probably why we enjoyed this movie with long foot massages under philips mood lights without piss my wife off making fun of movie that she might enjoyed it? if a couple watch, its not all about him or her its about both. respect u know?

i did not say it was the best movie ever, but i enjoyed it. still two thumbs for me because im voting for my wife

Hellraiser has my vote for best horror ever! I also enjoyed grudge 1&2, Ring 1&2 and this movie is similar.

Now i feel like mr.neville, not alone now!

The asian one is great but a lil' bit look low-budget to me

thumbs waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down; Final Destination meets The Ring; those 2 moves are good/ok but combine it and its SUCKS; it should have been released on HD DVD cause it was so crappy...or Divix LOL
