The MPS-2 is out of stock, expected to be back soon. You can however order an XPA-5 for a 5.1 setup or also get an xpa-2 for a full 7.1. The xpa's are $700 each, so they may be a better value than the MPS-2 or the Outlaw.

As for the Quality of both of these, they have both recieved very good reviews. Both companies offer trial periods for the equipment, so that if you don't like them you can return at no cost.
