Default best David Lynch feature

what is your favorite Lynch feature film? I love them all but Blue Velvet is the one that really got me into Lynch besides the Twin Peaks series.

'Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me'. I saw it when I was much younger, and always found it disturbing in some ways. It's stayed with me ever since then.

Mulholland Dr. for me.

That love scene between Naomi Watts and Laura Elena Harring was pure fire!

Just saw Mulholland Drive. Great film. I'd change my vote if I could.

though I enjoyed many of his movies, Blue Velvet is the only one I really go back to watch over the years. Though, I enjoyed the Twin Peaks tv series, I should go back to watch that one again

Lynch films are largely a waste of time, IMO. For intellectual elitists who look down on the "little people" who don't get it. They remind me of something we did as kids on the playground...going up to other kids as a group, saying something completely nonsensical and laughing hysterically. Then we'd ask the victim if they "got it". Either way, they were made to feel foolish once again. No offense intended to you intellectual elitists. You're simply much more intelligent than I.

That said, Wild at Heart, with the genuine snakeskin jacket, is by far the funniest of them.

It is hard for me to pick a favorite, but I guess I would still have to go with Blue Velvet.

I haven't seen Lost Highway yet...

Mulholland Drive. I drove 2 hours+ after a big snow storm so I could catch it on the big screen. I hope Universal releases this on Blu soon!

I think Elephant Man was the best movie, however, I think I enjoyed Blue Velvet the most. Inland Empire was way way way out there...but I dug it.

Seeing how the U.S. release of the DVD just came out you might have to wait a while for the Blu. Just upscale the DVD. It's not like anyone's asking you to watch the VHS.
