Default Dragon Ball Z demo

Anyone play the DBZ demo ? I kinda like it
Very short, but so far there isn't anything super annoying about it like what I find with other demos.

I do feel they could of made it 1080p, it was a perfect candidate since its not a lot of polys or dense graphics.

The game itself could suck , BUT since Namco joined Bandai (saving their asses) I feel this could be good.

The demo was not bad and the cell shading was pretty. But I think I might be done with DBZ games.

Thought this was good step for the DBZ series of games. This one looks like it will end up in my collection.

Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is still my favorite DBZ game but this one seems to me like it would be awesome even though i hate that ranking thing where if you get a Z that means you did an excellent job, S if you did a good job, A is for doing an ok job, and so on thats 1 thing that turned me off from that Shin Budokai series for the PSP but oh well this one seems better then that so ill give it a shot on the full version.

My only gripe is the sounds don't match the mouths... Maybe I'm just paying too close of attention but one of my pet peeves about games is audio/visual sync... Nothing ruins a cutscene more than that...

It looks like it was originally synced for Japanese, in that case I'll just keep it in Japanese voices and put on subs. The American voice are good though. I think they didn't want to lipsync twice for each language, its a lot of work actually.

I figured out how to do a huge fireball by rotating the left analog with the projectile button.

Possibly they did not want to go to the trouble of re-syncing just for a demo.

Good point and suggestion. Realizing it's a demo I'm not perturbed enough to not look deeper into the game, but I think it's a renter for sure.

I don't know if it's because the game is HD for the first time or that it's the first DBZ on PS3 but I like the game. I'm not a fan of the show nor have I played the previous DBZ games though lol. It looks great though.

Demo was fun, I like that they're keeping the control style from the other games.

But...I don't know if I'd purchase a DBZ game again.

It definitely is pretty though.

Played the demo and didnt see that much of an improvement in the graphics department. Feels like every other DBZ game. I'm definitely not buying this.
