Nice, like the series but $100 for 13 episodes is way too pricey for my wallet.

yeah 13 ep on 6 DISC WTF...

Standart 4ep would do 4 disc TOP (4x3= 12 + Disc 4 1 ep + extra)

Probably all BD-25s

If you notice, all BBC stuff has been on BD25 for the most part, probably because they like to ship the same disc to every territory and not everywhere has a lot of BD-50 lines yet

Also I think that it includes the Torchwood Declassified series which is 13 half hour episodes of behind the scenes stuff. Correct me if i'm wrong.

I agree... but it's only a $20 premium over the DVDs..

IT SHALL BE MINE!!!!

NOTE: The WB store should sell this for $79.95 (the same price "Robin Hood" is selling for), but if you add the 30% off, the price should be around $55.96 (with free shipping).

I wasn't too impressed with the first season, but I will still be picking this up to catch up on the last few episodes. I just felt that Captain Jack changed entirely too much from the character in Dr. Who. I also hated the lead woman, the gap in her teeth drove me up the wall every time she smiled. I know it's nit picking, but gah!!

The character of "Angel" changed a lot from "Buffy" to "Angel". The reason? He went from "supporting" character to "starring" character. Same thing with "Captain Jack".

As far as Gwen, you must have hated seeing Jewel and LeAnn Rimes whenever they appeared on TV...

Damn, and right after I bought the DVD version.

Here's the link to Amazon's page for it (can't pre-order it yet)

This is very tempting. I wish the price were nicer, but since I lost track of Torchwood during a DVR problem with Time Warner (damned FCC), it may be a good investment for a show that I know I'll enjoy but have only seen a couple episodes of.

If it's like Dr. Who, it's more of a best-of, and from watching the Who full-lengths, even that is kinda stretching it

If Declassified is anything like Dr. Who Confidential then it is indeed a behind the scenes look at the practical elements used for fx, cast/crew interviews, producer comments and story elements.

I was hoping they'd use the BD case (ala "Robin Hood" and "Smallville") for Blu-ray, but alas:
