Target's price difference (store vs online) - Blu-ray Forum

Well I went to my Target yesterday thinking about picking up Enchanted since it was listed as 23.95 online. However, when i went in the price was the typical 29.99

. I also noticed that I Am Legend (already owned) was the same price as Enchanted in the store compared to the 18.95 online.

I wanted to know if everyone's Target did this as well or if their prices were the same as the online prices.

Right. So Target won't even match their own online prices.

Many people use Target.com's prices at Best Buy to price match though.

I never knew that and just now noticed the DVDs brought to you by Amazon.com logo on their page.

i work at target and i usually buy my blu-rays online even with the discount i come out cheaper getting them online. but the whole mismatching price thing the way it is the store and the online store are considered two different stores although they are both target so prices will always vary. head honchos set the prices for the regular stores and for the online store
