Playing movies from the memory stick?

Sony, for once, gave in a bit and agreed to put movies on a Memory Stick Pro Duo. I've seen the packages. You choose one movie and put in the access code in the packaging. The movie is downloaded to the Memory Stick and you put it in your PSP.

A few questions:
My PSP is a PAL format, not NTSC. Will the movie not play back on my PSP?

Is this permanent? In other words, once you choose the movie, is it impossible to remove it and download the other two choices (each package lets you choose from one of three movies on the software disc)

Is the picture quality better or worse than a UMD?

I'd really like to hear from someone who has bought one of the movie Memory Sticks.
