Best Buy Reward Zone Questions - Blu-ray Forum

Hey I was just wondering if anyone knew what this is from:

05/26/2008 Earned Pts. 100 pts email cert N/A N/A 100.00

This is the second time in a couple of weeks I have gotten a "free" 100 RZ points given to me. Anyone know what is triggering it?

I also just had $15 in RZ certs "cashed out". Does anyone know how I go about getting them so I can print? Or will they send them to me in an email in a few days?
