I just bought a p3 Sunday i was using a BDP-S300 i tried to recalibrate with the P3 and it looks amazing but it just seems a little "dark" all around. If i adjust the brightness on my TV it makes everything brighter of course,, but i don't think that is what is needed. What settings should i have the P3 on. Like on "The Order of the Phoenix" When Harry is in there with the prophecy you really cant see his face very well and when you turn the TV brightness up it fades everything out. Any suggestions will be helpful.

Is your RGB option under Display Settings on Full or Limited?

Most HDTV's don't support Full RGB and when this feature is used incorrectly, it tends to make the screen too dark. That's the most immediate thing that comes to mind with what you're posting here.
