Question How much GREEN will The Incredible Hulk make next weekend?

Guess the opening gross of The Incredible Hulk in week 6 of our box office game!

Remember that M Night Shyamalan's The Happening also opens next weekend (although it's R rating might affect it's take).

For you Hulk/Iron Man fans, Here's a little bit of Stark in The Hulk!

If you want to hear the Hulk say HULK SMASH!, Check out this. The Awesome Lou Ferrigno voiced the Hulk!

And here's one that just ends INCREDIBLY cool!

My guess is over $70 million

I'm playing a bit conservative and saying between $50-$60 million. However, it definitely won't drop 69% like the first one did during weekend #2. This one will have some legs.

umm, what about this movie is going to have legs? I just don't get what you people are seeing. Guess I'm not wearing my green tinted sun glasses! The movie will bring in the die-hard comic book fans opening weekend. then it will drop about 60%. It just doesn't have anything going for it. Ed Norton, while a terrific actor, is NOT a big box office draw. And despite The Strangers strong showing, neither is Liv Tyler. So what makes you think this movie will stick around this summer? If you don't see it the first 3-4 weeks its at your theater, well you can always hope for a blu-ray release!

why not read through the entire thread there buddy. I posted my prediction inside this thread. And yes it is a thread about The Hulk so you have to take ALL sides of the argument in to account. I'm entitled to my opinion and you yours. It can't be a one sided conversation.

Well, how about the reviews that have been posted in the threads. Of the 6 or 7 I've read, they all say it's a great movie and that it's better (all but one) than Iron Man (which has has legs). The movie is tracking very well. You're problem is with the CGI. I posted this FOR YOU (and other cg haters) in the other thread (it's an excerpt from one of the reviews):

Quote:
Once the Hulk and Blonsky come to blows, the whole thing begins to revert back to some of the classic scenes drawn by Jack Kirby, in the days of the original ‘Grey’ Hulk. We’re talking mass destruction on a epic scale, and hordes of collateral damage. Where Ang Lee’s Hulk hinted at the possibilities of full scaled chaos, this film delivers it with full blunt force trauma. For a film driven mainly on CGI, it’s surprisingly barely noticeable. Everything literally flies by at such a breakneck pace that you really don’t have time to notice the digital flaws.
This is from someone that has seen the movie (the link to the entire review is in the other thread). Thus far, there have only been positive reviews. While I'm sure there will be negative reviews, it's a good sign thus far.

Not your buddy. I did not think that you will post more than once in this thread, since you have an established Hulk rant elsewhere in the forum. After reading you Hulk WILL Bomb thread, your posts or comments will only be referenced in order to reveal their fallacies (which are obvious and numerous). Everyone has an opinion that much is true, but only informed opinions are worth discussing.
